The administrative assistant role will provide full-time administrative support for the real estate litigation department. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Copying, printing, and mailing of correspondence and filings with the courts, and other parties;
Data entry and processing of vendor invoices to ensure timely payment;
Management of file storage systems;
Light legal research, document drafting and proof-reading as needed.
Management of supply needs within the real estate litigation department.
The ideal candidate should be proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook as well as to be able to learn new data management systems as needed. Attention to detail and accuracy, superb organizational and time management skills, the ability to work independently, strong verbal and written communication skills are essential to this position.
