Administrative Assistant – Real Estate Litigation - TACS

The Administrative Assistant will provide full-time comprehensive administrative support for seven attorneys and fourteen specialists in the real estate litigation department of a tax collection law firm. Primary responsibilities will include: copying, printing, mailing, scanning, invoicing, supply tracking, file maintenance, light research, data entry, and proof reading.

Candidates should be proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook. The ideal candidate will have experience working within a busy law firm. Attention to detail and accuracy, the ability to work independently, strong verbal and written communication skills, and superb organizational skills are essential.
