Online payments will usually be processed within 2 business days. It is your responsibility to ensure that payment is made in time to meet any payment deadline. Upon making your payment online, a receipt will be provided. The use of this service to submit payment is an acknowledgement that the TACS and the processor of the electronic payments assume no responsibility for the data entered by the service user.
Payments made through this website are considered final payments with respect to liabilities to our clients. In the event that a payment is made in error, you should contact us immediately (firstname.lastname@example.org or 804-545-2500) to inform us of the error and we will attempt to remedy the situation to credit the proper account and, if appropriate, issue a refund of the amount incorrectly paid. Refunds will only be issued after payment has cleared our bank and have been authorized by our respective client.
