If your payment is made via the mail, once the payment is received, it could take up to 48 hours to post with TACS. If your payment is made by a credit card or e-check it should be posted within 24 hours.
It will take longer for the payment to be credited by the locality so do not expect the locality to have an immediate record of your payment to TACS.
