In general, the tax sale process takes approximately one year from referral of the account to removal from the Court’s docket. The length of time between referral of the account and sale of the property is dependant on many factors and cannot be determined in advance of the auction. All persons with an interest in the subject property will be notified approximately two weeks before the auction as part of the litigation process.
