It is up to you to determine how to best send payment.
If you want to track your payment, we recommend using priority mail rather than certified mail. Priority mail registers and tracks when the mail is received by the post office and delivered to the TACS post office box.
You also may wish to save the additional costs of sending mail overnight and instead address those funds to the delinquent obligation being paid. If you are worried that a mailed payment may not get to us in time, please call 804-545-2500 (press #2) and let us know so that we can notate your account.
